
SALLY PETERSON BRINTON began her musical training at age seven and quickly emerged as a pianist of exceptional promise. At eleven, she was selected by Maestro Maurice Abravanel to appear as soloist with the Utah Symphony Orchestra, with which she has since performed on nine occasions, including the world premiere of Ramiro Cortes’s Piano Concerto.
She earned her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance magna cum laude from the University of Utah, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi and received a Presidential Scholarship. She later completed her master’s degree at The Juilliard School, studying on scholarship with Adele Marcus. While at Juilliard, she won the Concerto Competition and performed Ravel’s Piano Concerto for the Left Hand with the Juilliard Orchestra at Alice Tully Hall.
First prize winner in four national piano competitions, Sally has performed extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and eastern Russia, appearing with orchestras across the country and in a performance at Carnegie Hall with her daughters. Her artistic life has also included vocal performances with the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square.
Beyond the concert stage, Sally has been recognized for leadership and service, including serving on the Founding Forward National Board and spending three years in Russia as a mission leader with her husband, Greg. She is the mother of seven children and grandmother of thirty-eight.

STEPHANIE BRINTON PARKER began her piano studies at age five in Salt Lake City, Utah, studying with Dr. Irene Peery Fox. She is a prizewinner in major international competitions, including first prize at both the Los Angeles International Liszt Piano Competition and the Bartók–Kabalevsky–Prokofiev International Piano Competition, and was the Utah winner of the MTNA Piano Competition.
An active recitalist, Stephanie has appeared at Carnegie Recital Hall, the Richard M. Nixon Presidential Library, and in the Young Concert Artists Series in Naples, Italy, with additional performances throughout Europe, eastern Russia, and the United States. She has also performed as soloist with orchestras in Utah and Massachusetts.
Alongside her musical career, Stephanie has pursued distinguished academic and professional work. She was named to the USA Today All-USA Academic First Team and represented Utah as Junior Miss, earning national honors in talent, academics, and service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Harvard University, where she sang with the Harvard University Choir, and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Boston University, graduating with a 4.00 GPA. She is a registered dietitian, adjunct professor at Brigham Young University, and currently serves as president of the Utah Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
She and her husband are the parents of five daughters.

LINDSEY BRINTON HARRIS began studying piano at age five in Salt Lake City, Utah, under the guidance of Dr. Irene Peery-Fox. She is a first-place winner of the International Bartók–Kabalevsky–Prokofiev Piano Competition and a prizewinner in four additional international competitions. Harris has performed widely throughout the United States, Europe, and eastern Russia, including a notable appearance at Carnegie Recital Hall in New York City. She has appeared as a featured soloist with the Harvard Orchestra, Timpanogos Symphony, American Fork Symphony, and Utah Valley Symphony, performing Francis Poulenc’s Concerto for Two Pianos alongside her sister, Stephanie.
In addition to her work as a pianist, Harris is a trained dancer, having studied with the Joffrey Ballet and The Juilliard School during summer intensives in New York City. A distinguished scholar and leader, she attended Harvard University, where she earned an honors degree in Economics after an 18-month volunteer mission in Sweden for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She later received her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from UC Hastings College of the Law, graduating first in her class. Her achievements also include selection as a U.S. Senate Youth Scholar, Miss Utah’s Outstanding Teen, First Runner-Up at Miss America’s Outstanding Teen, and national titleholder of America’s Junior Miss (now Distinguished Young Women of America), through which she earned $62,000 in scholarships.
After practicing law as a criminal defense attorney, Harris now devotes herself full-time to her family. She lives in Utah with her husband, Dallin, and their six children.

JONATHAN BRINTON was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and began studying the cello at age ten. An award-winning cellist, he is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Virginia School of Law.
Jonathan is also an accomplished organist, regularly performing for his church congregation. A lifelong student of languages and geography, he was the Utah State Champion of the National Geographic Geography Bee and speaks Russian and Spanish in addition to his native English, with further study in Hebrew, Greek, and Latin. His love of languages and travel was sparked during formative experiences abroad, including time in Australia.
Professionally, Jonathan specializes in real estate law. An avid tennis and pickleball player, he resides in St. George, Utah, with his wife and their six children.

MICHAEL (18) studies piano with Cheryl Norman and is among Utah’s most accomplished young musicians. He is one of only three pianists statewide to receive the 2024 Utah Music Teachers Association AIM Recognition Award and is a national winner of the Piano Marvel Concerto Competition.
Equally active in classical, jazz, and commercial music, Michael recently completed a celebrated run as a keyboardist in Jersey Boys at the Ruth and Nathan Hale Theater. He served as keyboardist for CATS and SIX at Lone Peak High School, where he plays alto saxophone in the school’s state-champion marching band and award-winning honors jazz band.
As pianist with Crescent Super Band—recognized by DownBeat Magazine as one of the world’s leading youth jazz ensembles and a consistent Utah Best of State honoree—Michael has performed with artists including Tyler Glenn (Neon Trees), Tom “Bones” Malone (SNL, The Blues Brothers), Steve Smith (Journey), Kenny Loggins, and Jeff Coffin (Dave Matthews Band). His performances have taken him to international stages such as the Telluride Jazz Festival, Puerto Vallarta Jazz & World Music Festival, the D-Day 80th Anniversary in Normandy, and the People’s Music Hall of Fame with Huey Lewis at the Eccles Theatre.
A dedicated scholar as well as performer, Michael earned a perfect 36 on the ACT. He enjoys skiing and spending time with his family.

BEN (17) just completed his junior year at Crimson Cliffs High School in St. George, Utah. He is a champion pickle ball player and played on his high school tennis team. He loves to travel, ski, and studying Spanish. He has been to China, Russia, and Japan and many places in the US. Ben gets a kick out of entertaining his friends and family with his lively piano performances. He has four sisters and one brother and thrives on spending time with his family.

JACKSON (16) is an award-winning pianist studying with Dr. David Glen Hatch in Orem, Utah. He received second prize in the International Best Performance Competition Series for Best of Debussy and was awarded the Silver Hands distinction at the Carles & Sofia International Piano Competition. He was runner-up in the 9th Grade Division at the 2024 Missouri Music Teachers Association State Competition and earned judges’ nominations for the Overall Judges’ Award at the 2022 and 2023 Sonatina/Sonata Festival in St. Louis.
In July 2024, Jackson attended the Manhattan School of Music Summer Program for Classical Piano in New York City. He has performed as a featured artist for sold-out audiences in Berlin and Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, as well as in venues throughout Missouri.
Outside of music, Jackson is a competitive swimmer and enjoys snow and water skiing.

KATE (15) is an award-winning pianist studying with Helen Chiu in Chesterfield, Missouri. She was a Gold Prize winner in the Franz Schubert International Music Competition and a First Prize winner in the International Music Competition Best Debussy Performance (both in the 11–13 age group). She was also runner-up at the 2023 Missouri Music Teachers Association State Competition for seventh grade.
Kate was selected to attend the Manhattan School of Music Summer Program for Classical Piano in both 2023 and 2024. She has appeared as a guest performer at the Capitol Theatre in Salt Lake City and for sold-out audiences in Germany, as well as in multiple venues throughout Missouri.
In addition to her musical pursuits, Kate is a competitive swimmer and water polo player; her water polo team earned second place at the 2024 Junior Olympics in Dallas, Texas.

HAILEY (12) has studied piano with Dr. Janae Codner Williams since the age of five. She is a first-place winner of the Encore Keyboard Competition, a second-place recipient at the 2025 American Mountain West International Piano Competition, and has earned top honors for several years in the Encore Ensemble, Solo, and Concerto Festivals.
Hailey has performed in recital with the Brinton Family Pianists in Berlin, Germany; St. Louis, Missouri; and Honolulu, Hawai‘i. Outside of music, she is an accomplished athlete who enjoys cross country, track, and basketball, and qualified for the 2025 USATF National Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships in Indianapolis.
She is a sixth-grade student at Draper Park Middle School and the oldest of five daughters in her family.

ALEXA (11) is an international award-winning pianist studying with Professor Carmel Lowenthal in New York City and has been a student in the Manhattan School of Music Pre-College Program since September 2025. She was a finalist in the 2025 Chicago International Music Competition and has won First Prize in the International Best Performance Competition Series (Best of Haydn, ages 8–10), Third Prize in the Enkor International Piano Competition, and Gold Prize in the 2025 IPPA International Piano Competition (U.S. Division, Young Artist Category, ages 10–11).
Additional honors include runner-up for fifth grade and first place in grades 4–6 duets at the 2024 Missouri Music Teachers Association State Competition, a Judge’s Choice Award at the 2025 St. Louis Sonatina/Sonata Festival, and Superior ratings in the 2023 and 2024 National Piano Playing Auditions (Guild).
She has performed with the Brinton Family Pianists in Germany, Hawai‘i, and St. Louis. Outside of music, Alexa enjoys competitive diving and swimming.

NELSON (10) was born in San Francisco, California, and has studied piano with Dr. Janae Codner Williams since the age of five. He has earned numerous honors, including prizes at the American Mountain West International Piano Competition, First Place in the Encore Piano Solo Competition, and multiple awards in solo, concerto, and ensemble performance.
A founding member of the Brinton Family Pianists, Nelson has performed extensively with the ensemble since its inception, with appearances in Germany, St. Louis, and Hawai‘i. His musical interests extend beyond the piano to composition and arranging, and he is also an accomplished vocalist. He has appeared as a soloist with One Voice Children’s Choir, in music productions by Angie Killian, and with composer Kurt Bestor at the Eccles Theater, as well as in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and with the Tabernacle Choir as part of the Latter-day Saint Children’s General Conference Choir.
Outside of music, Nelson is a fifth-grade student with aspirations in engineering who enjoys competitive soccer, skiing, football, and time with his family.

MARIE (10) has studied piano with Dr. Janae Codner Williams since the age of five. She is a first-place winner of the 2025 American Mountain West International Piano Competition, a second-place finisher in the 2024 Summer Arts Concerto Competition, and has won first prize in the Encore Keyboard Competition for three consecutive years.
Marie has performed in recital with the Brinton Family Pianists in Berlin, Germany; St. Louis, Missouri; and Honolulu, Hawai‘i. In addition to her musical pursuits, she is a Level 4 Junior Olympic gymnast who has earned first-place all-around honors at multiple meets.
She is a fourth-grade student at Summit Academy and enjoys spending time with her four sisters.

THOMAS (9) is an award-winning pianist studying with Professor Carmel Lowenthal in New York City. He won first prize in his age division at the 2025 Chicago International Music Competition and was accepted into the Manhattan School of Music Pre-College Program for classical piano in May 2025.
Thomas has appeared as a featured soloist at Steinway Hall in New York City and at the E. Desmond Lee Concert Hall at Washington University in St. Louis. He has been a finalist in the 2025 and 2024 IPPA International Conero Piano Competition, having earned Gold in the Midwest Division in 2024, and was awarded Gold Prize in the 2025 IPPA International Piano Competition (U.S. Division, Young Artist Category, ages 8–9).
He was the solo division winner and duet division winner at both the 2023 and 2024 Missouri Music Teachers Association State Competitions. Thomas has performed with the Brinton Family Pianists in Hawai‘i and St. Louis and appeared as a guest on 107.3 Classic FM Radio, where he spoke about his love of classical piano.
Outside of music, Thomas enjoys competitive diving and swimming.

CALEB (8) was born in Denver, Colorado, and studies piano with Dr. Janae Codner Williams. An award-winning young pianist, he has earned prizes at the American Mountain West International Piano Competition, First Prize at the Encore Piano Solo Competition, and numerous honors in solo, concerto, and ensemble performance, frequently competing against older pianists.
Caleb has appeared in concert with the Brinton Family Pianists in St. Louis and Hawai‘i. In addition to piano, he is a gifted vocalist and has been featured as a soloist in Latter-day Saint music productions by Angie Killian.
A third-grade student, Caleb excels academically and brings the same enthusiasm to the classroom as to the stage. Outside of music, he is an avid athlete who competes in basketball and soccer and enjoys nearly every sport he encounters.

RUBY (8) was born in Bloomington, Minnesota, and has studied piano with Dr. Janae Codner Williams since 2023. She has earned multiple honors at Encore festivals, including Honors Recital selections in both Solo and Concerto categories, receiving perfect scores at the 2025 Solo and Concerto Festivals.
Additional awards include second place at the American Mountain West International Piano Competition and third place at the 2025 Encore Keyboard Competition. Ruby has performed with the Brinton Family Pianists, including concerts in Hawai‘i.
Outside of music, she enjoys soccer, ballet, skiing, reading, and spending time with her family. She is the oldest of five children.

ELLA (7) has studied piano with Dr. Janae Codner Williams for two years and has performed with the Brinton Family Pianists in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. She received an honorable mention in the 2025 Encore Keyboard Competition and has competed in the Encore Solo, Ensemble, and Concerto Festivals.
Ella is a second-grade student at Summit Academy, where she participates in the Spanish dual-immersion program. Outside of music, she is a Level 3 Junior Olympic gymnast and enjoys spending time with her four sisters.

ADELINE (7) was born in Denver, Colorado, and studies piano with Dr. Janae Codner Williams. She has earned top honors in Encore solo, concerto, and ensemble competitions and made her debut with the Brinton Family Pianists in Hawai‘i. She is delighted to be performing in New York City.
In addition to piano, Addy is a talented vocalist and has appeared in Latter-day Saint music videos produced by Angie Killian. Outside of music, she is a Level 3 Junior Olympic gymnast, earning frequent first-place all-around honors and medaling in all four events at every competition. She also plays competitive soccer as the only girl on a boys’ team.
Addy is currently a first-grade student.
